How much will I be charged?

Our standard call-out rate is £78. This covers our initial visit and any subsequent returns we need to make to fit parts, complete works etc. As we cover a large area there are extra fees for customers situated outside of Cheltenham, and those with appliances which require extra knowledge, time & experience. We pride ourselves on maintaining complete transparency with our pricing, so if you have any questions please contact us on 01242 226611.​

Once I have completed the form, what happens next?

 

We will then contact you to arrange your time-slot and which member of our team will be attending, at this stage we will notify you of the expected charges and await your confirmation. Upon the receipt of which you are officially booked in and ready to go!​​​​

How do the time-slots work?

​

We plan for around 30-60 minutes of work on each call-out. However, we can only guarantee arrival within 4 hour slots. These are 09:00 - 13:00 for our AM calls, and 13:00 - 17:00 for our PM calls. If you have any further questions regarding timings please give us a call on 01242 226611.
